Base Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year
SSP America is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant and bar inside Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport (LBB) in Lubbock, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Runs daily restaurant operations
• Led the bar program
• Manages a hospitality team
• Owns financial results in a fast-paced airport location
• Runs the full restaurant and bar
• Partners with airport authorities
• Coaches a diverse team
• Makes decisions that drive guest experience, financial results, and team culture

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as a full-service restaurant general manager
• Bar or beverage program management experience (preferred)
• Strong financial and operational skills, including profit and loss ownership
• Experience leading and developing diverse teams
• A service-focused mindset built on coaching and accountability
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Base salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year
Bonus: quarterly performance bonus plus an annual super bonus plan
