Responsibilities
- Lead pre-shift meetings and participate in line, temperature and cooler checks
- Oversight of all closing manager duties including counting down the safe, reviewing labor sheets and preparing nightly numbers
- Email organizational tasks related to daily operations
- Organize, run and supervise smooth and efficient daily opening and closing shifts
- Foster a Culture of Caring among hourly and management teams
- Guide and assist in interviewing, hiring, training, supervising and developing BOH employees
- Manage costs, drive sales and grow the business in support of financial goals
- Participate in inventory management, ordering and accepting deliveries
- Respond immediately and effectively to guest and employee needs and feedback
- Model and promote teamwork across all teams
- Deal with challenges with tact and good judgment, responding with patience and courtesy
- Work various days and shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Skilled in developing guest rapport
- Skilled in leading teams

Schedule
Work a variety of days and shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
