Responsibilities
- Lead pre-shift meetings and participate in line, temperature and cooler checks
- Oversight of all closing manager duties including counting down the safe, reviewing labor sheets and preparing nightly numbers
- Email organization, running and supervising smooth and efficient daily opening and closing shifts
- Guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams while fostering the Culture of Caring
- Immediate and effective response to guest and employee needs and feedback
- Assistance in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business in support of financial goals
- Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, supervising and developing all BOH employees and teams as needed
- Regular and ad hoc inventory of food, beverage and restaurant supplies and tracking high cost items
- Placing food, beverage and restaurant supply orders and accepting and inspecting deliveries
- Modeling and promoting teamwork across all teams
- Dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees with patience and courtesy
- Moving and lifting up to 10 pounds, frequently moving and/or lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally moving and/or lifting up to 50 pounds
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Skilled in developing guest rapport
- Skilled in leading teams

Schedule
Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
