About the role

Responsible for overseeing daily operations at a local restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food preparation meets high-quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and waste management to minimize costs and reduce food waste.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.

Qualifications

  • Valid food handler’s license.
