About the role
The Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center is seeking an energetic and service-focused Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of the on-site restaurant and bar. The role involves creating exceptional dining experiences, supporting team development, and driving performance in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a welcoming and high-quality dining atmosphere
- Manage staff effectively to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality and service efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with hotel management to align restaurant goals with overall hotel objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, restaurant management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop employees
- Experience with menu development and cost control
- Knowledge of local and regional food trends
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
