Restaurant Manager

Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene. You can communicate with Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires fun, enjoy immediate gratification from improving experiences, thrive on beating goals, and handle high-volume days while walking five miles a shift and working an average of 50-hour work weeks. You oversee all aspects of the business—from minor details to the big picture.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
• Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
• Interact with guest service-focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
• Live and lead others to live our core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results

Pay

Salary range: $55,311 – $65,072
