About the role

The Restaurant & Operations Manager leads strategic initiatives and operating standards to enhance business performance and elevate the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
• Demonstrate proactive leadership in ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
• Interact with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development
• Leverage core values and lead others to embody these values while collaborating with the management team for high-quality and timely results

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Two years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience
• Proficiency in managing cost of goods sold and labor
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
