About the role

The Restaurant & Operations Manager leads strategic initiatives and operating standards to enhance business performance and elevate the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Demonstrate proactive leadership in ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interact with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and contentious professional development
  • Leverage core values and lead others to embody them while collaborating with the management team for high-quality and timely results

Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
  • Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
  • True leadership capabilities
  • The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Pay

Salary Range: $55,311 - $65,072
