As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
Responsibilities
- Combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
- Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Work holidays and weekends as needed
- Have home office support available 24/7
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English
