Restaurant Manager
About the role
As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Work closely with the home office to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Lead and develop a team of associates to achieve store goals.
- Handle day-to-day operations, including ordering supplies, managing schedules, and addressing customer complaints.
- Support the store manager in achieving financial and operational objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluent in English.

Schedule
