About the Role

As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you’re not just running a restaurant—you’re a leader who focuses on the people and the place. With your leadership, you’ll coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and deliver the kind of guest experience we’re known for. Responsibilities

• Lead with care, making sure both employees and guests feel valued
• Manage the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service
• Balance operational focus with people-first leadership
• Maintain composure under pressure and encourage your team through busy shifts
• Foster a team-oriented approach to hospitality through strong leadership

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license
