Restaurant Manager

About the role

As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Lead and train team members to achieve business goals
• Work closely with home office support to ensure operational efficiency
• Support the overall success of the store through effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English

Qualifications
