About the role
As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve operational goals
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling
- Work closely with the home office to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Handle day-to-day operations during store hours, including opening and closing procedures
- Support the store manager in achieving financial and operational objectives
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English
