As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

Responsibilities

• Combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
• Work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Work holidays and weekends as needed
• Have home office support available 24/7

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English
