Restaurant Manager

About the role

As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Oversee staff schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Work closely with the home office for support and guidance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $23.53 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically five 10-hour shifts per week, with the possibility of working holidays and weekends as needed.
