About the role

As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
• Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
• Work closely with the home office to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Lead and develop a team of associates to achieve business goals
• Handle day-to-day operations and manage staff schedules
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues and improve the guest experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English
