About the role
At Cracker Barrel, we take pride in our hospitality and the moments we create together. As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you'll lead the team, manage operations, and ensure a warm welcome for guests and employees alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Lead a team of associates to deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences
- Drive business results through effective management and leadership
- Work closely with home office support to ensure success
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
