Responsibilities

  • Oversee both font-and back-of-house operations, ensuring our guest and team members know that we are committed to Always Serving Up More Than a Meal
  • Coach and develop your team
  • Manage inventory
  • Deliver on the kind of guest experience we’re known for

Requirements

  • Leads with care, making sure both employees and guests feel valued
  • Thrive managing the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service
  • Balances operational focus with people-first leadership
  • Stays cool under pressure and encourages your team through busy shifts
  • Believes hospitality is a team effort that starts with strong leadership
  • Has 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Works 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
  • Has a valid driver’s license
