Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
• Work closely with home office support for 24/7 availability
• Lead and inspire a team to achieve business goals
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Support staff in training and development

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English
