About the Company
Chick-fil-A Reynoldsburg is seeking an Operations Director to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to its large team. This person will lead, grow, and serve the team, working alongside other leaders to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise daily systems and processes
- Enthusiastically lead and positively impact the team through mentoring, coaching, and building relationships
- Meet regularly with Directors for ongoing development and weekly leadership meetings
- Implement and update changes to systems and processes to improve team efficiency and guest experience
- Ensure high food safety scores and customer satisfaction, incorporating learnings into training and coaching for team members
- Hold team members accountable to Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and procedures; ensure fair disciplinary action
- Provide clear, kind, and consistent communication and feedback
- Think strategically for the business; collaborate, adjust, and propel the business towards goals
- Be a source of encouragement and positivity for the team, acting as a cheerleader and celebrating wins
- Engage with, challenge, and motivate team members to accomplish difficult and hard-to-reach goals, while inspiring life-improving relationships with team members and guests
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required)
- 1-3+ years of working experience (business, athletics, clubs, etc.) with positive results to show
- Career-oriented
- Proven leadership experience - have led and developed teams
- Organized, detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through
- Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- High emotional intelligence; passion for people and delivering world-class service

Day in the Life/Schedule
- Monday-Saturday | 45-50 hours/week initially | Sunday and one additional day off each week
- Must be able to work all major holidays
- During the first 30-60 days, this leader will be rotating through all facets of the business to learn alongside, serve, and interact with team members. Expect to rotate between opening and closing shifts.
- Overview: Spend each day thinking for and leading a fast-paced, ever-changing, multi-million-dollar business. You will push team members to be their best while delivering excellent customer service. You will wear multiple hats and have your hand in innovation and strategy, vision, customer service, and goal setting to ensure core restaurant operations meet/ exceed Chick-fil-A's high standards.
