Restaurant Manager

About the role

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Restaurant Manager position. This role involves monitoring and supervising the daily operations of the dining rooms and restaurants to ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience. The manager works in conjunction with other department managers and enforces all policies including employee appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards, and completion of job duties. They also hold regular department meetings and drive employee engagement and retention.
