Restaurant Manager

About the role

Monitor and supervise the daily operations of the dining rooms and restaurants to ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience. Work in conjunction with other department managers. Enforce all policies including employee appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards, and completion of job duties. Hold regular department meetings and drive employee engagement and retention. This position requires the manager to be on the floor during meal service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment

Pay

$58,350.00 - $74,463.00 per year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
