About the role

The Restaurant Manager is the top-level supervisor/manager in our restaurants and has full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. This role reports to the District Manager and Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of our restaurant
• Selection, development and performance management of employees
• Developing Assistant Managers, Shift Leads and other employees to achieve sound financial results
• Executing Fiesta Mart standards, including our company's mission, vision and values

Requirements

• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food
