Restaurant Management Opportunity

About the role

At Buffalo Wild Wings, you’ll manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, Service Assistants, and Heart of House in partnership with the General Manager. You’ll focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and create legendary experiences for guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, Service Assistants, and Heart of House.
• Partner with the General Manager to maintain high restaurant performance.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.

Requirements

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
