Restaurant Management Opportunity

About the role

As a manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, and Heart of House. In partnership with the General Manager, you'll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game. You will also focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, Service Assistants, and Heart of House team members
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant performance excellence
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement

Requirements

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience (preferred)
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others
• Ability to champion change
• Passion for training and developing your team
