This Restaurant Leader Trainee role is designed for individuals with previous supervisory experience who are ready to grow, lead, and shape the future of convenience. Many of our top managers started as cashiers or part-timers, advancing through hard work, training, and a deep understanding of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards.
• Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change and improve performance.
• Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements

• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products such as Word and Excel preferred).
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
