Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to streamline service
- Monitor inventory and manage food costs effectively
- Develop and update menus based on customer feedback
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff
Requirements
- Associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role, ideally in QSR
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Pay
A competitive annual salary range of $65,000 - $75,000.
