Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food preparation
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to streamline service
  • Monitor inventory and manage food costs effectively
  • Develop and update menus based on customer feedback
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a kitchen management role, ideally in QSR
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay

A competitive annual salary range of $65,000 - $75,000.

Schedule

Full-time, on-site position with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
