About the role
O'Charley's Restaurant + Bar is a full service, casual dining restaurant chain. O'Charley Restaurant Kitchen Managers (KM) will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties while working as a member of the restaurant management team. Kitchen Manager or Culinary Manager experience is preferred in this Back of House leadership / Heart of House management role.
