Restaurant Kitchen Manager

About the role

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/Thrive Restaurant Group seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen operations and ensure exceptional service in the restaurants they manage. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and quality
• Manage kitchen staff, providing training and performance feedback
• Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to operational standards
• Collaborate with other managers to maintain high standards across the restaurant
• Support front-of-house operations to enhance overall guest experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience with kitchen equipment and systems

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
