Restaurant Host PT/FT Seasonal

About the role

The Host is the guest's first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Answer the phones, confirm reservations and make new reservations.
• Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• Be adaptable and work in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fast paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• Good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Qualifications

• Wage is: $21.25 per hour.

• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
