Restaurant Host or Hostess

Position Summary

Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly. Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, the Guest Service Support Expert provides the support that make transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities

• Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas, and replenish supplies
• Create a safe workplace following company policies and procedures
• Uphold quality standards
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
• Read and visually verify information on the menu
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required
• License or Certification: None required

Schedule

• Full Time
• Day Shift, Evening Shift, Weekends and Holidays availability preferred

Pay

$19.02-$19.02 per hour
