Tacocraft Taqueria & Tequila is an award-winning Mexican concept with multiple locations throughout South Florida. Our food and cocktails are handmade and created with ethically sourced, fresh ingredients. We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Hostesses to join our team. This role is crucial as the "first and last impression" of our daily operations.
A Hostess sets the stage for an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism, accurately quoting wait times, and seating guests in a clean and sanitary environment—all while accommodating their specific needs with a smile.
We are searching for experienced, hospitality-driven individuals who are passionate about quality and consistency, possess a strong work ethic, and thrive in a bustling environment. We hire for personality and attitude first, skills and experience second, and provide custom training to all team members.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
- Accurately quote wait times and seat guests in a clean and sanitary environment.
- Accommodate guests' specific needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Navigate a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment with grace and make quick decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar (prior experience as a host, hostess, greeter, maître d’, or similar FOH role is very desirable).
- Passion for providing extraordinary service.
- Present yourself in a well-manicured, professional manner.
- Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility, humility, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Interest in long-term growth within a fast-paced company.
Pay
$15 per hour.
