About the role

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar / Thrive Restaurant Group seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead and inspire a team that provides exceptional service and experiences to customers in the neighborhoods they serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient operations
• Contribute to the success of the restaurant through strategic planning and execution
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills and experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with restaurant operations and food service
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for managers)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous management experience preferred
