About the role

Commercial Kitchen Hood Technician (Kitchen Exhaust Technicians) with no prior experience necessary. We provide full training. Starting pay is $21/hour with the potential to earn up to $28/hour plus overtime based on experience. Most technicians work 45-50 hours per week and gross over $1,000 weekly.

This is a full-time, year-round position with immediate openings. Shifts include night, overnight, early morning, and afternoon, typically between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with a Sunday-Thursday schedule that may vary. Overtime is paid at 1.5x hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen hoods and exhaust systems
• Work at heights and use ladders (up to 22 ft)
• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Assist with problem-solving scenarios, such as schedule shifts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Open and close customer locations and cover site responsibilities
• Perform varying duties as needed for CS Ventilation services

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to adhere to all safety guidelines
• Dependability and willingness to work for your paycheck
• Flexibility in responsibilities and schedule
• Comfortable with heights and using ladders
• Willingness to perform physically demanding and dirty work

Pay

Starting hourly pay rate: $21.00/HR – up to $28.00/HR depending on experience. Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40-50 hours per week
• Shifts typically between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Sunday-Thursday schedule (may vary)
