About the role
AerSale® is a global leader and market innovator specializing in aviation products and services to meet the growing demand for aftermarket support in global passenger, cargo, and government segments. The company offers complete aircraft nose-to-tail, value-added solutions including Aircraft & Component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services (MRO), Aircraft & Engine Sales and Leasing, Used Serviceable Material (USM) Sales and Parts Exchange, Flight Equipment Asset Management Services, and internally developed aircraft and component modifications designed to enhance aircraft performance and operating economics (e.g., AerSale®, AerTrak® and AerAware).
Responsibilities
- Empty and clean all waste receptacles.
- Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors nightly.
- Hand dust and wipe clean with damp or treated cloth all office furniture, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, desk phones, and other surfaces; desks and other furniture must be cleared of all items by the office tenant.
- Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces: doors, door frames, around light switches, private entrance glass and partitions daily.
- Wash clean and disinfect all water coolers daily.
- Sweep all private stairways daily; vacuum if carpeted.
- Damp mop spillage in office and public areas as required.
- Mop, rinse, and dry restroom floors daily; deep cleanings are done monthly.
- Clean all mirrors, bright work, and enameled surfaces daily.
- Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals and bowls daily using scouring powder to remove stains and clean undersides of rim of urinals and bowls.
- Damp wipe daily, wash with disinfectant when necessary, all partitions, tile walls and outside surfaces of all dispensers and receptacles.
- Empty and sanitize all receptacles and sanitary napkin disposals nightly; thoroughly clean and wash at least once per week.
- Fill toilet tissue, soap, towel, and sanitary napkin dispensers daily.
- Clean flushometers, piping, toilet seat hinges and other metal work daily.
- Wash and polish all walls, partitions, tile walls and enamel surfaces from trim to floor monthly.
- Sweep and mop ceramic tile and concrete floors nightly; use dust down preparation on vinyl asbestos, asphalt, vinyl, rubber or other composition floors and bases nightly.
- Wax and buff tile floors in office areas monthly.
- Vacuum, clean carpeted areas and rugs daily; spot clean carpets daily or as needed.
- Dust picture frames, charts, graphs, and similar wall hangings weekly.
- Damp dust ceiling air conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, registers, and other ventilating louvers monthly.
- Dust the exterior surfaces of lighting fixtures, including glass and plastic enclosures monthly.
- Dust mini blinds or louver drapes monthly.
- Keep slop sink rooms in a clean, neat, and orderly condition nightly.
- Wipe clean and polish all metal hardware and other bright work nightly.
- Clean entrance door glass inside and outside daily; clean entrance door frames and thresholds daily.
- Sweep or dust mop lobby floor; damp mop and polish nightly; wax traffic lanes twice each month; entire floor once each quarter (may include outside areas).
- Empty all waste receptacles; damp wipe waste receptacles and ash trays nightly.
- Vacuum entrance mats daily.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience with facility cleaning and maintenance.
Skills
- Familiarity with PPE when working with hazardous chemicals or bodily fluids.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, and stand for prolonged periods; ability to walk extended distances.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders and service stands.
- Normal corrected hearing and vision.
