Join Our Team! Full-Time Cleaner Needed JWM is hiring a full-time cleaner to help keep our office and shop areas looking their best. Become part of the JWM team and help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

• Dusting
• Emptying trash
• Vacuuming
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Bathroom cleaning
• Basic kitchen upkeep (counters, sinks, and floors; no dishes)

Requirements

• Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning — at least 1 year preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform physical tasks — lifting up to 25–40 lbs, bending, standing, walking, and repetitive motion
• Knowledge of basic cleaning practices — dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting
• Comfort working in office and shop environments — including restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and checklists — ensuring all assigned areas are completed daily
• Attention to detail — ensuring spaces are consistently clean and presentable
• Reliability and punctuality — must maintain consistent attendance for a full-time role
• Ability to work independently — self‑starter who can manage tasks without constant supervision
• Basic communication skills — able to report supply needs, maintenance issues, or safety concerns
• Understanding of safe chemical use — following labels, PPE requirements, and company safety guidelines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality — especially in office areas where sensitive documents may be present
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment (floor scrubber, shop vac, etc.)
• Willingness to assist with seasonal deep‑cleaning projects

Pay

$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
