Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring quality food and service to meet guest expectations.
• Lead a dynamic team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Anticipate and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events and initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in upscale luxury environments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a food and beverage team.
• An expert knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a proven ability to engage both guests and team members.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• A post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing a team.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Starwood Hotels offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 annually, along with an incentive bonus program.
