NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale casual dining establishment in Nashville. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to manage a vibrant team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and prepare reports
• Coordinate with the culinary team on menu planning and food quality
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the upscale casual dining sector
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Passion for customer service and delivering high-quality dining experiences

Pay

$100,000 - $110,000 annually
