Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on leadership
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in staff management and team building
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software
- Passion for guest service and quality food and beverage offerings
Pay
A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually
