Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Cook with qualified team members to support restaurant growth.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment with varying customer demands.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with airport regulations and security protocols is a plus.
