Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure flawless service delivery
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to increase profitability
- Maintain food quality and service standards to meet customer expectations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance goals
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of food and beverage operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus
Pay
A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 annually
