General Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational results
• Hold restaurants accountable for meeting or exceeding operational and budgetary goals
• Ensure financial performance of each restaurant in sales and profitability within McDonald’s norms
• Ensure restaurants are compliant with McDonald’s and franchise operational and company policies
• Develop Shift Managers to perform at the highest levels
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Prefered: Hamburger University graduates
• Minimum high school graduate
• Positive “can do” attitude
• Ability to work various shifts each day of the week
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable and familiar with restaurant technology and applications related to purchasing, scheduling, food safety, customer satisfaction, and restaurant operations
• Ability to make guests feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated

Pay

Competitive pay $50,000 - $70,000 with an additional performance bonus program of up to $1,000.00 monthly
