Responsibilities

• Manage full P&L responsibility for restaurant profitability and budget adherence
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a cohesive management and hourly team

Requirements

• Minimum five years leading casual or fine-casual restaurant operations
• Proven track record managing P&L, labor costs, and food costs effectively
