About the Role

Taco Bell is growing! We are looking for a big leader who can build a team and develop an existing team of top performers by training and developing skills, providing clear consistent direction, and recognizing individual and team contributions. This role is designed for a growth-minded candidate who will be able to grow into a District Management/Area Coach role within a short amount of time.

Responsibilities

• Identify a team with high potential and develop them into leaders
• Achieve and maintain world-class operations which includes a successful and well-developed team, pristine restaurants that serve excellent food, and strong financials
• Maintain and drive high standards and expectations around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
• Have a clear understanding and ability to perform every job in the restaurant
• Be the ultimate decision maker for your restaurant and be held to account for all aspects of your restaurants’ performance
• Engage in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and staff
• Demonstrate respect for individual employees and show frequent appreciation for their efforts and contributions
• Build an effective team of employees through training and development; supply meaningful and timely performance feedback
• Ensure the compliance of corporate policies and procedures

• Have at least five (5) years restaurant/retail management experience
• Ability to use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently
