Restaurant District Manager

About the role

We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in a dynamic and innovative setting. As a District Manager, you will work closely with restaurant leaders to provide direction and feedback, support their efforts to meet sales, labor, and food cost targets, and cultivate a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant to provide direction and feedback for leadership team
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Build a bench of future leaders
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
• Be good to others and be good to yourself

Requirements

Qualifications include:

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
• Available to work a five-day set schedule
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven personality
• Adaptable to new processes and systems
