Restaurant General Manager
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee full-service restaurant with bar operations
- Manage cost control, ordering, and scheduling
- Lead hiring, training, and team leadership
- Maintain guest experience and hospitality standards
- Ensure safety, compliance, and food quality
- Collaborate with airport leadership
- Handle forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant with bar
- Strong financial and operational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments
- Experience leading diverse teams
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on coaching and accountability
- Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools
- Desire for career growth within a nationwide organization

Pay
$75,000 - $80,000 + Potential Quarterly Bonus + Year-End Super Bonus
