Requirements

• 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred)
• Proven track record of building strong teams and mentoring future leaders
• Budget-savvy, people-smart, and solutions-focused
• Strong communication skills and a hustle-with-heart mentality
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation required
