- Own the numbers—manage budgets, inventory, scheduling, and all operational aspects

- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and excellence from open to close
Requirements
- 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred)
- A track record of building strong teams and mentoring future leaders
- Budget-savvy, people-smart, and solutions-focused
- Excellent communication skills and a hustle-with-heart mindset
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
