Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast‑casual or full‑service preferred).
• Proven track record of building strong teams and mentoring future leaders.
• Budget‑savvy, people‑smart, and solutions‑focused.
• Excellent communication skills and a hustle‑with‑heart attitude.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
