Responsibilities

• Manage all daily restaurant operations and P&L accountability
• Build, train, and motivate a high-performing management and service team
• Ensure consistent food quality, safety compliance, and exceptional service standards
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic staffing and cost control
• Handle inventory, vendor relations, and scheduling across multiple shifts

Requirements

• 3+ years as a General Manager or multi-unit restaurant operations leader
• Proven success managing high-volume full-service restaurant operations
• Strong financial management skills with hands-on P&L experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent
• Current food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
